QUALIFICATIONS:
• Registered Nurse, State of Illinois
• One year of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
• Emergency Nursing experience is preferred.
• Maintains current CPR, ACLS, TNCC or TNS, PALS or
• ENPC or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is encouraged.
• Completion of an approved course in dysrhythmias or comparable experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to work efficiently and competently under stress and exercise independent judgment in emergency situations.
• Must possess good human relation/communication skills: application of nursing process, critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge/skills necessary to provide the appropriate care to age of the patients.
