Board Certified General Surgeon Prior to joining the Hospital staff, Dr. Congreve was an independent surgical consultant and Medical Director of Genesis Center for Breast Health in Davenport, Iowa.  Before entering the field of medicine, he was a machinist, aircraft mechanic and professional commercial pilot.
