Family Health Clinic Offers $5 Sports Physicals

The Kewanee Hospital Family Health Clinic is pleased to offer $5 sports physicals to local athletes from Kewanee and the surrounding communities. Physicals are a requirement for student athletes to participate in any IHSA sport during the school year.
“The discounted sports physicals have always been an important community benefit for Kewanee Hospital to offer,” stated Kim Peterson-Stiegelmeyer, Director of the Family Health Clinic. “With all of the expenses of starting a new school year, this is an area where we can help families in our community.”
IHSA physical forms are available in the Family Health Clinic and must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian and brought to the appointment. Students must also bring/wear contacts if they have them.
