Health Care Reform: What’s Next and How Will it Impact Your Business?

 KewaneeHospital’s Business Relations Committee will be hosting a free breakfast seminar on Tuesday, April 26th entitled “Healthcare Reform: What’s Next and How Will It Impact Your Business?”  Area business owners and leaders are invited to learn more about health insurance reform, health care delivery reform, and how impending changes will impact local businesses.

 The program will be presented by Maryjane Wurth, President of the Illinois Hospital Association (IHA) and will be held at 7:30 a.m. in the East/West Conference Room at Kewanee Hospital.   

 “Since 2006, the hospital’s Business Relations committee has provided a number of free seminars to benefit the businesses in our community,” stated Jerry Grebner, Chairman of the Business Relations Committee, “Healthcare reform is something we all need to know more about and this program will give us that opportunity.”

 Wurth has served as President of the IHA since 2009.   IHA represents more than 200 hospitals and health systems throughout Illinois, advocating for a sustainable and patient-focused health care system that provides the highest quality care and promotes the health of local communities.
