| Outpatient Hours of Operation |
|
We are a patient-focused center of care with no set hours of operation. An outpatient can seek treatment in Radiology and Lab at any time. However, depending on the time of day and available staff, wait times may vary.
For Cardiopulmonary Services, we recommend that you call 852.7500 in advance to make sure staff is available.

Financial Assistance
|
|
| For determining financial assistance eligibility at Kewanee Hospital, please complete a Financial Assistance Statement, attach the following financial records, and submit to the Business Office: |
|
- Complete tax return for previous calendar year including W-2 forms. Students must provide their parents’ income tax information for the previous calendar year.
- Paycheck stubs for a period of 3 consecutive months, prior to month application received.
- A letter from the financial and/or lending institution reflecting the current value and loan balance of assets.
- Checking/savings account statement for the past 3 months. If there is no checking/savings account, a notarized letter from the bank stating this fact is needed.

Statement of monthly benefits from Social Security, pension, unemployment, if applicable.
